Product Overview

The App4 Schools System is a server-based software solution that is installed on a server built for your school, which includes web portal access for teachers, data/cloud storage of students' pictures and information and storage of school documents.

Comprising three Apps within the App4 Schools System - App4 Students, App4 Parents and App4 Teachers - this interactive school diary solution is so much more than a simple App.

Server licence fees can be easily covered from savings made in the annual school diary print budget. Yearly updates will add powerful new features and functionality to this already jam-packed App suite.


Activation

To enable the system's full functionality, the school receives an annual server license based on the number of students in the school.

Once the server is built with custom written routines for your school, the system is populated with the information retrieved from your school's timetabling and management systems. It will then display timetables and information specific to each student and teacher. The system works with a wide variety of popular school systems such as Timetabler, First Class, Synergetic and other management programs.

Calendars, Information and Help documents are uploaded and managed by the school. All data is kept on a cloud-based server.
